Picton Reservoir ProppingPropping Tower for Construction of Picton ReservoirScaffold Marlborough was asked to supply tube and clip propping to the centre console of the Picton Reservoir. The engineer's requirements were that each standard had a safe working load of 37.7kn.With the technical help from Layher, we were able to convert the contractor's - Works EDI - engineer over to the Layher product and we were able to give them the stronger option of 53kn loading per prop. The install time to build the tower was less as well. A great result.  |
